On 27. & 28. of June, the MAKERWORLD in Friedrichshafen took place. As last year, the HAM Radio, the largest exhibition for ham radio operators in Europe, was arranged simultaneously on the same fairground. The tickets for visitors allowed access to both of the faires, therefore we decided to set the highlight on the bricks with HF-functions. As we did so, it turned out to be great success. Besides lots of “usual” Makers, many ham radio operators visited our booth and startet to talk to our inventor Rolf-Dieter Klein – or DM7RDK, as they know him by his ham radio ID – without break. It was clear they were on good terms.<\/p>\n
Thanks to synergies with LEDs and meassurement, everyone was interested in our booth and our system. Besides our Basic and Advanced Set (which by the way were top sellers) we also presented an Brick-FM radio, a signalgenerator with connected a spectrometer from Rigol (once again a big ‘Thank you!’ to our meassurement-guys from ALLDAQ), a frequency meter and lots of other ideas, which wowed the visitors.<\/p>\n
